My second inner journey really gave me something. Where I would normally put up a wall, being introverted and used to keeping my feelings in, the ceremony gave me room to open those shutters. I came back to my core, as it were: I know who I am again. Empathetic, calm, and willing to actually show that to my girlfriend, my children and the people around me. The guidance, the music and the ritual setting made me feel safe enough to turn inward. What has stayed with me most is that the insights did not come from outside but from myself, which means I can carry them into daily life. That is exactly what makes it valuable: it does not stop when the ceremony stops. I am grateful for this experience and for the work that starts now. Last weekend I did the Psi ceremony with Kelly and Sandra. A warm welcome, a pleasant room, clear explanations. I went in open and without expectations, and before long the truffles began to work and my inner journey started. It was not frightening; it brought me so many insights. My first psilocybin ceremony. I found it really nerve-racking, but I went in without expectations. And it was truly wonderful. So much processed in a single day. Dora and Sandra were also so very kind to everyone. So much love and warmth from the moment you walk into the calm setting of the building. And a lovely meal to finish. I did the Holy Ceremony in February, after several Psi Days and EMDR over the past years. Where my personal growth had been noticeable and my backpack had grown lighter, this ceremony needed to land. In fertile ground, I now dare to say. That last piece I could not quite reach, or did not quite dare to go to, finally arrived, with all the loving support I could have wished for. Coming home in myself. I cannot describe it any other way. Now, almost eight months later, I have got to know myself again. My real core. Before life came over it. I can only encourage and recommend that everyone give this to themselves. Being happy sounds so much easier than it is, but if you dare to take the leap it is worth every second. I am grateful for Dora's guidance, which leaves you able to put the pieces of the puzzle in the right place yourself afterwards.

Last Saturday I was able to take part in the Holy Ceremony. What a beautiful day it was. A very special experience, and extra special to go through it together with my son. The week before I did the Psi Ceremony, also very special because I was there with my daughter. At first I found it all quite nerve-racking, but the atmosphere at Dora's is so warm. Sunday was the third Psi ceremony I have been able to take part in. Every time is different. The next day the pieces of the puzzle fell into place and I had a kind of eureka moment. So that was what I had seen, or been told. It opened my eyes. I am not there yet, but I can move forward again, and that after being completely stuck. The day is guided by Dora and her daughter Kelly, who make you feel from the very start that you are in good hands. They help you when it gets too much for a moment, comfort you and talk with you to help you further. It is a safe and above all warm environment in which to undertake this journey into yourself. On 9 June I did the truffle ceremony. I went there without expectations, and what a remarkable journey I made. The guidance was wonderful; I felt safe from beginning to end. Most of the time I enjoyed whatever came up. Near the end, trauma from forty years ago had its turn and I had to go straight through it, and how. That was intense, but it brought me a great deal, above all that my behaviour and the way I act now are based on it. I can let all of that go. I had a lot of eye-openers. I felt calm immediately; there had been so much tension and now it is completely gone. I feel a thousand times better, relieved, lighter, no tension. I am so grateful to myself that I went through this and did it, and grateful for the wonderful team that is there for you. I will certainly make such a beautiful journey again.

I was able to take part in a Psi ceremony and experienced it as extremely pleasant. Dora and Kelly did it incredibly well together and the two of them created a safe environment for everyone taking part; you were well looked after. All in all a beautiful experience. After twenty-two years of being numbed by antidepressants, having really lost myself and being in a pretty bad way, I thankfully ended up with Dora. After a few conversations with her I did my first Psi ceremony five months ago. It feels very safe. Dora is always there with a second person who keeps an eye on everyone, with wonderful music to help you on your journey. This November was my second ceremony and I feel again, and understand why I am here. The whole puzzle is complete, life is so beautiful, and most importantly I love myself again, which was badly needed. On my recent journey I promised myself that I want to do a Psi ceremony with Dora at least twice a year, if that is possible, because it is good for a person. A gift to yourself.

Wow! I do not post reviews easily, but Dora's health temple deserves five stars. On Sunday I took part in a Psi ceremony for the first time and it was such a beautiful and valuable experience. The care, warmth and love I received during the session made all the tension fall away. I had a deeply healing journey in which I let go of a great deal, and since Sunday I have felt like a different person. I still have a long way to go in my process, but I let go of so much during the ceremony that I know I processed years of inner work in a single day. I would certainly want to take part again.
